Leadership

Encouraging Leadership Across All Grades

At our school, every student has the opportunity to develop leadership skills by contributing to a safe, caring, and respectful environment. Leadership isn't just for a select few—it's about taking initiative and making a positive impact, no matter the grade.

Opportunities include:

  • Classroom Representatives
  • Peer Mentorship
  • Organizing School Events
  • Community Service Projects

By participating in these roles, students grow in confidence, teamwork, and responsibility, helping to shape a vibrant school culture.

Grade 4 Leadership Club

While all students have leadership opportunities, the Grade 4 Leadership Club offers a more focused and structured experience for those excited to take on additional responsibilities. Unlike general leadership roles available to all grades, this club is specifically tailored for Grade 4 students to explore leadership and public speaking through fun and engaging activities.

What makes the Grade 4 Leadership Club special:

  • Event Leadership: Members help lead monthly assemblies and host special events, giving them the chance to practice public speaking and teamwork.
  • Community Involvement: The club takes part in local projects, like decorating for the Festival of Trees and supporting community drives, providing opportunities for real-world impact.
  • Organizing Activities: From coordinating the Volunteer Tea to organizing playground equipment, Grade 4 leaders take on fun, hands-on responsibilities.
  • Student Representation: Club members help gather student feedback in focus groups, offering a voice for their peers.

This program allows Grade 4 students to learn and grow in leadership while having fun and making a difference in the school community.
